Land Surveyor

**Land surveyor****Responsibilities: -**- Liaise with site team and subcontractors on the daily surveying works as required.- Counter-check on the boundary stones and lines, establish sufficient TBM points on site, provide alignment, setting out and levels control as assigned by the site team from time to time.- Establish field platform level and building alignment.- Monitor the accuracy of the survey instruments and carry out calibration whenever necessary.- To coordinate effectively and efficiently with the site team for all the works pertaining to survey.- To provide peg for piling points and alignment and levels for the infrastructural works.- To set out alignment reference lines and levels for all the respective architecture trades.- Responsible to check drawings on setting out dimension and control level, highlight the discrepancies to the site team for necessary correction.**Requirements: -**- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying.- Good at computer surveying software and instrumentations.- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Construction, Infrastructure Works and housing project related field.- Must be willing to work outstation at Pengkalan Hulu, Perak.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
