Land Surveyor

Responsibilities: '¢ Oversee the land surveying matter & setting out issued on site. '¢ Take measurements and determine land boundaries. '¢ Perform topographic and as-built surveys. '¢ Prepare as-built cross section, OGL and volume calculations. '¢ Conduct general & alignment surveys at site. '¢ Survey drawing for setting out purpose such as Pre-Computation Plan, Utilities Detection Survey Plan, Site Boundary Plan, Control Travers Plan etc. '¢ Daily report on surveying work progress & land surveying issue. '¢ Ensure survey records are maintained in accordance. '¢ To ensure all the construction works as carry out by Subcontractor is with comply to the land survey setting out work. '¢ Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractor & local authorities on structural and architectural matters.We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Construction Company located in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
