Job DescriptionPrepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performedVerify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sitesDirect or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titlesRecord the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land featuresCalculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrainPrepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveysPlan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurementsAnalyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparationDraw up maps and similar paperwork for the area being examined, provide official documentation of boundaries, natural features and man-made structuresResponsible in undertaking land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys, using a variety of specialist equipment and technology, such as robotics and 3D scannersResponsible in analysing data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD and GIS (geographic information systems) programs.Responsible to produce As-Built Drawings based on the data collected. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or related discipline.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Construction Field.Able to write and command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Possess own transport and willing to travel to sites.ABle to withstand pressure and meet deadlines.Multiple work locations and vacancies available.
