Landscape / Cleaning Supervisor

LANDSCAPE/ CLEANING SUPERVISOR- Supervise, coordinate and direct the activities of the landscape/ cleaning maintenance crew.- Order materials, suppliers and equipment needed for landscape/ cleaning maintenance.- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by landscape/ cleaning maintenance crew.- Review plans and designs made by designers to ensure compliance with regulations.- Communicate with the client to discuss project goals and expectations.- Supervise the hiring of subcontractors as needed for tasks such as mowing, pruning, or irrigation repair work.- Coordinate Procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment and materials to ensure maximum utilization and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards.- Make a monthly report based on client requirementREQUIREMENT:DIPLOMA IN LANDSCAPE HORTICULTURE OR SKM DALAM BIDANG LANDSCAPE**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 12/25/2023Expected Start Date: 01/01/2024
