Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:- Use creativity and the beauty of nature to create a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing and functional area. Areas may include personal lawns, parks, highways, walkways, and more.- Plan the finished product, tying in new features with current ones, by sketching it to scale and providing detailed drawings.- Perform site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the house.- Research topics such as plants and their ability to survive in an area, guidelines and codes.- Make public presentations when necessary to discuss the project, complete with charts, sketches, and so forth.- Review plans, proposed changes, claims and any other necessary documents.- Communicate the details of the agreed design to Operations team to deliver on the plan according to requirements and timeline.- Oversee progression of the project to ensure that it is going as planned.- Keep records, including everything from correspondence to reports.- Communicate regularly with customers and managing their expectations and feedback.- Provide support in invoicing customers and payment collection.- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.Requirement:- Diploma or Degree in Landscape Design or equivalent.- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position / field- Basic knowledge of PC, AutoCAD and Photoshop equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Able to communicate well with both customers and all levels of workers and contractors.- Customer oriented- Detail-oriented- Good team work spirit and skillsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsExpected Start Date: 06/30/2024
