Landscape Supervisor

Work scope: ------------------You need to send workers to the job site for maintenance work
or landscape work.
- You should also manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities in
site.
- Make sure to always check to make sure there are no area sections
the landscape is left unattended.
- To manage and handle complaints and to provide / suggest
corrective plan to the customer.
- You need to prepare medicine for plants and trees that are lacking
nutrients, infected with diseases or attacked by pests.
- Responsible for ordering materials needed by the site and performing
preventive maintenance on small and large equipment trucks, mowers
brushes, conditioners and blowers to minimize downtime.
- To ensure workers are trained on how to use the equipment before
perform assigned work to minimize machine damage.
- Ensure all work carried out by employees as specified
in their job description completed within the specified period and with
appropriately and safely
You should also record the employee's daily attendanceYou need to attend and participate in meetings required by the client
or administrative department.
- You also need to prepare monthly reports and reports for the site
required by the customer
- You need to give suggestions to upgrade the landscape to the customer
if needed.
- Candidates with a truck driving license will be given priority.
