Landscape Supervisor

1) Coordinate site workers and activities.
Ensure that works are carried out as per contract requirements and specifications, with good workmanship and efficiency.
2) Oversee the upkeep of company resources on site.
Ensure that equipment is properly handled and well-maintained.
3) Train and supervise ground personnel on the planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, turf grasses, and edible crops.
4) Prepare and supervise maintenance programs including the control of plant diseases and pests, fertilizing, watering, trimming of trees, pruning of shrubs, and weeding.
5) Prepare site progress reports as required by clients and management.
6) Diagnose, treat and monitor unhealthy plants.
