Our approach involves seamlessly integrating with your internal staff, ensuring alignment with your goals and objectives.**POSITION**- Interpret Data: Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights that can contribute to business improvement strategies.- Quality Assurance: Take ownership of the quality of all training data, actively identify any issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams on various projects, providing data quality metrics and identifying new attributes to enhance project outcomes.**Key Responsibilities**:- Interpret Data: Analyze vast datasets generated by AI systems and large language models to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations aimed at improving business processes and outcomes.- Quality Assurance: Take ownership of the quality of training data, actively identifying and addressing any issues or anomalies to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data used for AI model training.- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams on various projects, providing expertise in data analysis and contributing to the development of data quality metrics. Work collaboratively to identify new attributes and features that can enhance model performance and usability.- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and data analysis methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance data analysis techniques and processes to drive better business outcomes.**Required Skills**:- Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, with specific experience in handling AI-generated data and large language models.- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.- Proficiency in multiple programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL.- Experience with data labeling and manipulation techniques, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data processing.- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Data Science and Product teams.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.- Prior experience in AI-driven projects or natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.**Required Qualifications**:- Proficiency (reading, writing, and/or speaking) in both English and Simplified Chinese.- Associate degree or certification in IT, Communication, or related fields (Preferred, but not required).- Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.- Meticulous attention to detail.- Multilingualism, especially proficiency in Simplified Chinese, may be required.- Proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering positive experiences for others.If you are certified as a Linguist, it is considered a plus!**Please read the additional requirements thoroughly before applying**:- Must have own device (laptop/device).- Currently hiring for a part-time position (up to 30 hours a week!)- Having access to good Wi-Fi connection during working hour.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: From RM8.65 per hourExpected hours: 15 - 40 per week**Benefits**:- Work from homeApplication Question(s):- Must have own device (laptop/device) and stable Wi-Fi connection during working hours.- Are you proficiency in (reading, writing, and/or speaking) in both English and Simplified Chinese?
