DescriptionJob Title:Lead AuditorAbout the Role:We are seeking an ambitious and responsible individual to perform lead auditor duties, supporting market expansion in East Malaysia and controlling overall performance of audit activities.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to QHSE Technical Manager, lead auditor/auditor duties.
Support market expansion in East Malaysia, particularly Sarawak.
Identify opportunities and share with sales team.
Assimilate and operate BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION Management System.
Control overall performance of audit activities.
Make decisions during audits and recommend certificate of approval.
Assist in training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors.
Maintain current Memberships and Registrations.
Undertake activities directed by TM.
Future Opportunities:Recruit subcontractors in East Malaysia.
Participate in business growth plan with sales and operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, minimum 5 years of working experience.
Lead Auditor Qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Background in construction, shipbuilding, metal, electrical, and equipment manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Resourcefulness and passion for driving excellence.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and execute effectively.
Estimated Salary:The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
