Conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member and prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to items of corrective action where appropriate.2. Lead assessment teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained with clients and within the team.3. Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BV policies and procedures within the prescribed time frame.4. Building great relationships with clients across all different sectors each offering differing products and services5. A workable and resilient approach whilst still providing excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a great work-life balance.6. Delivery that consistently meets the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance Job Requirements:1. Possess professional education or training to an equivalent level of tertiary education level in Environmental/Social/Safety/Legal or similar field preferred with proven experience.2. Existing qualified Lead Verifier/Verifier for any related 3rd party or industry requirements with experience in conducting and delivering verification assessments and SRA on schemes such as ISO14064-1, ISO14067, PAS2060, Carbon Footprint, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), Supply chain, CSR, and work experience in a Verification Company identified in Green House Gas Verification Legislation would be added advantage.3. Possess 8-12 years of related experience.4. Proven knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards (. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 5. Learning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking, and developing assessment styles6.
