Lead Consultant (Economics, Strategy, And Policy Advisory)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Consultant to join our ESP consulting team.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can leverage economic insights to shape policy and development initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee high-impact ESP consulting projects from strategy design to final delivery.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders through impactful presentations and advisory.
Strategic Solutioning: Lead solution workshops and large-group discussions to drive innovative problem-solving.
Economic Modeling and Analysis: Utilise advanced economic modelling techniques to deliver insights into demand and feasibility.
Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership initiatives by producing high-quality reports on emerging trends and policy implications.
RequirementsMinimum 6-7 years in the consulting industry with a focus on public sector consulting or ESP advisory.
Proven expertise in master planning, policy advisory, economic modelling, and feasibility analysis.
Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and conducting client engagements.
Commercial Acumen: Business development experience with an ability to identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to craft comprehensive strategies and actionable insights.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of economics, strategy, and policy advisory, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary of RM250,000 - RM350,000 per annum, depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
