An ANZ Lead Creative Designer at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with opportunities to learn and work with cross functional teams.  An ideal candidate is someone who displays: - Strong passion in learning and adopting design and marketing strategies or trends in-house  - Strong passion in exploring Creative technologies available in-house or other third party tools for process optimisation  - Possess basic understanding of business and marketing knowledge to translate and adopt - Creative data Strong ability in managing stakeholders and to collaborate closely with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals. - Possess strong task and time management and prioritisation in a team environment  - Strong understanding on both digital and offline designing specifications
\n Your Adventure AheadCreative conceptualisation/ideationDevelop creative visuals of marketing and branding campaigns together with other functional teams. Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase efficiency of assets across all channels.Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline. Team and stakeholder management Accountable for the designers under your supervision in terms of their work distribution, career growth and progression. Identify problems together with senior designers by coming up with creative solutions.Review designs for errors of team members before publishing creative assets.Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience. Creative optimisation and automation Identify gaps and explore opportunities to optimise and automate by analysing Creative data (in terms of quantity and efficiency in communication)Lead and explore initiatives to optimise and automate Creative processes via Creative tech tools    Essentials to SucceedDiploma in Graphic Design or any relevant field.Minimum 6 - 8 years of related work experience.Experience in team management is a must, of at least 1 to 2 years of experienceGood written and communication skills in English to create copies for markets globallyStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Software (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must Have a flair for designing visually appealing and attractive collateral.Experience in fast-paced e-commerce is preferred. Bonus advantage: Experience in utilizing Creative tech tools (eg AI tools)Possess basic video editing skills (Plus) Proficient in Figma (Plus)
