If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this is the place for you!Responsibilities: Lead and directly manage a team of data analysts to build world-class data productsDefine KPIs and key metrics for business use cases to drive business decisionsManage ETL pipelines, data products and projects for the local businessWork with Regional on data preparation and build/ assist in data modelsReview day-to-day operation processes, identify area of improvement in operational processes and make actionable recommendationsIdentify opportunities to accelerate growth by ways of automationWork closely with the all verticals and teams to identify scalable processes to manage and automate end to endDrive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externallyCreate framework for data governance and complianceReports to local management and work closely with regional data groupQualificationsAt least 6-10 years of experience in data analytics/engineering / data managementStrong experiences in building and leading data team, owning end-to-end data analytics and engineering productsStrong experiences with Data Visualisation tools, Big Data, Data Pipelines, Machine Learning technologies are a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong business mindset and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders
