Responsible for leading software development projects from start to finish, including project planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Leading a team and working closely with a team of developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired functionality.
Responsible for managing development workflows, including code branching, merging, and deployment.
This role requires staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporating them into their work as appropriate.
Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the software development process.
Responsible for conducting code reviews to ensure that the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and secure.
Possess soft skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools and processes
Minimum 5 years of experiences in related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, PHP framework, SpringBoot or JavaScript.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Gitlabs to manage code development and versioning.
Have experience in software design patterns and architectures such as MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Employees entitled to receive a Per diem daily allowance which is RM60 for business travel within Malaysia. For overseas travel, it is RM60 equivalent or 60 under local currency whichever is higher
