We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist to join our Japan team to drive our growth!
Summary Lead Generation Specialist (Japan) will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation best practices that drive business growth in Japan by identifying and generating new leads via various channels.
Key duties and responsibilities Develop and implement lead generation strategies and initiatives that contribute to business revenue in Japan.
Track and analyse lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement and to improve performance.
Identify and qualify potential leads to understand their needs and determine their fit before passing them to Consulting team. Maintain leads on CRM tools.
Maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, partners, and SAP Japan.
Managing website to optimise lead conversion and customer engagement.
Manage and participate in marketing events/campaigns as and when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements and qualifications Experience: Demonstrated experience in lead generation with a preference for ERP and B2B settings.
Experience in sales of any ERPs and proven sales records are an added advantage.
Demonstrated lead generation capability and proven ability to convert leads into qualified leads.
Technical Skills: ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
Native level of Japanese.
Personal Skills: Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Strong presentation skills.
Willing to travel.
