We are seeking a Lead Planner with expertise in LNG for our client based in Malaysia.

Requirements:
Advanced experience in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects and complex environments.
Expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling for EPC projects, particularly offshore Projects.
Proficiency in Primavera.
English is the primary language of communication.
Responsibilities:
Planning:Develop procedures and methods to manage package planning according to user needs, specifications, and tools.
Validate, review, and follow up on execution planning for the package (deterministic and risked) and progress control activities.
Analyze planning, identify critical paths, bottlenecks, or constraints; propose mitigations and/or recovery plans.
Provide planning and scheduling input for project planning consolidation, cost forecasting, reporting, and periodic presentations to stakeholders.
Assist with planning and planning tools.
Conduct on-demand studies (e.g., planning optimization, reshuffling of tasks, etc.).
Reporting:Deliver internal and external reporting of the project to ensure appropriate content, timing, and quality of information, highlighting achieved progress and areas of concern; liaise, as required, with other project parties.
Prepare, implement, and report Key Performance Indicators to drive project success.
Coordination and Reporting:Monitor planning resources on the project.
Issue procedures and methods to manage progress and reporting of the package according to user needs, specifications, and tools.
Ensure planning progress reporting and risk reporting deliverables.
