AsLead, Procurement in MSMJ Tanjung Langsat, Johor , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials, goods and services.
What You Will Do
Lead and steer procurement transactions in MSMJ
Drive vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
Steward procurement compliance and transparency across stakeholders.
Manage procurement budget, focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency.
Oversee tender preparation and management of the Management Tender Committee (MTC).
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety & Quality standards.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
