To continue StashAway's tradition of serving client needs, we are searching for a Lead Product Manager to push innovation and create seamless experiences for our clients. We need somebody that breathes building great user experiences, is capable of deep diving in technical topics, and exhibits the capability to dive into the complex domain of wealth management with the intention of pushing this industry forward in order to benefit customers across regions.
Responsibilities
Establishing and driving mid to long term priorities aligned to company strategic initiatives across different squads.
Become the owner and "go to" person for our seamless investor experience initiatives across departments. Responsible for ensuring cross functional teams are aligned on prioritisation and are working in sync with each other to achieve company goals.
Pushing the way we innovate solutions for client needs, particularly around key experiences related to account management, payments and information search.
Ideate, analyse and prepare well-formed product development requirements for squad team members and lead the implementation process across major initiatives.
Coach and/or manage more junior product managers.
Qualifications
You are a collaborative, transparent, and critical thinker by nature. You enjoy the challenge of multi-domain topics and can manage yourself with a cool head when things get tricky.
Whilst we are not married to a number, in our experience for the Lead Product Manager role, we have found profiles with experiences above 7 years to be more suitable.
You are an excellent communicator with technical and non-technical audiences and are able to give and receive direct and open feedback. Comfortable speaking to a range of seniority levels.
You have appetite for innovation and are comfortable exploring new technologies and how they might be used to exceed customer expectations.
You are comfortable dealing with varying degrees of uncertainty, and breaking things down into a manner that allows you to lead others to define the most important outcomes and how to achieve them effectively.
You are passionate about investing.
You have experience coaching or managing Product Managers.
Not a 100% requirement, but ideally experience working in a Fintech environment such as brokerage, payments, investment management.
