Support the Staff Solution Architect / Manager in enhancing customer and business partner transactions by implementing creative designs, streamlining processes, and enhancing the value of services offered.
Show comprehension of the technical and industry challenges associated with implementing process changes and various elements of change management.
Collaborate with the Staff Solution Architect / Manager in facilitating stakeholder analysis and engagement, conducting business process analysis, and delivering end user training.
Collaborates with users to assess system requirements for management information and functional operations in order to fulfill business needs for functionality, dependability, efficiency, and time-to-market.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of both business operations and technical requirements related to internal and external stakeholders, in order to guarantee consistency and efficiency across all IT project executions.
Collaborate with the Staff Solution Architect / Manager in order to develop, set up, sustain, and provide assistance for the SAP/WMS system features, pertaining to the specific business units being supported, in order to achieve PROTON's business goals.
Assist the Staff Solution Architect / Manager in ensuring the seamless execution of IT application projects by adhering to the project schedule, activities, and tasks, and achieving the agreed-upon project objectives.
Ensures the business requirements are successfully met by identifying requirements, preparing business blueprint, designing, developing, testing and preparing effective system documentations.
Facilitates seamless integration across all business and technical domains, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional information and data integrity. This approach aims to bolster the ability to provide effective solutions to end-users and external stakeholders.
Adheres to ICT policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance.
Ensures the Staff Solution Architect / Manager is informed regularly by providing updates on the status of each assigned task and any relevant work challenges.
Collaborate with the project team members or take on the role of project lead when necessary.
Job Requirements:-
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, encompassing Logistics, Inventory and Warehouse Management procedures.
Possessing knowledge of SAP (especially in SAP Material Management & SAP Warehouse Management).
Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Demonstrates a mature personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and effectively interacts with individuals at all organizational levels.
Possessing strong multitasking skills, exceptional numerical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
This position requires someone willing to travel regularly to Tanjung Malim.
