Our client provides the unique opportunity to work with a broad suite of technologies to deliver automated monitoring systems, data analysis and deep technical expertise to increase efficiency, sustainability and performance for our customers.Job DescriptionConsulting with customers, Technical Support Manager, Associate District Manager (ADM) and Field Sales & Service Manager on key projects and challenging pest elimination issues. Provide root cause analysis and problem resolution to assist with coaching, training & developing associates as well as assisting customers in overcoming pest infestations. Check for ongoing proficiency against agreed upon protocols competencies. Identify gaps in service reports, service to protocol, scheduling, product usage and regulatory & scope compliance. Meet with the customer, along with ADM and/or assigned Service Specialist, to assist in providing an inspection to determine and help execute the proper pest treatment/program and solution. Partner with ADM to recommend solutions to ensure proper service delivery meets the customer's needs. Assist Associate District Manager (ADM) in development of components of new associate training plans. Conduct/facilitate formal group training e.g. in division meetings.Travel on monthly basis to visit JB customer for site inspection.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Applied Sciences (Entomology and Parasitology, or Animal Resource Science and Management). Possess valid driving license and willing to travel. Pest Industry experience complete with Pesticide Applicator License (PAL). Strong technical and problem-solving skillset with good judgement and decision-making ability. Strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to build relationships (internal and external). Able to devise effective customer solutions in new or unfamiliar situations.
