Responsibilities Engage the collaboration from leadership team to drive continuous improvement via LEAN in terms of production efficiency with quality so as to meet the business goalsExecute Lean & Six Sigma events and projects that deliver productivity commitments made during the annual improvement planning processCultivate continuous improvement mindset at production line by initiating different activitiesResponsible for the end-to-end mapping of the overall operations process flow of the venue using a range of operational excellence methodologiesEnsure all processes are identified and documented to drive modeling and simulations for respective team to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvementTrain, coach and mentor new Yellow, Green and Black BeltsJob requirements / Qualification
Degree or above in industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering / related disciplinesAn experienced leader in Lean/Six sigma (or similar) to continuously improve the manufacturing processes and significantly reduce costs as a key objectiveWith growth mindset to challenge status quo for continuous improvementPossess master black belt certification to coach yellow, green and black beltStrong analytical skills, detail-oriented, data driven with pragmatic based judgementStrong leadership ability and able to work independently
