Primary Objective:
Apply the best tools in designing solutions for Technical/Functional Faculty in meeting the needs of RHB Banking Group either independently or with other specialists/SMEs.
Responsible to design the evaluation strategy for learning solutions.
Conduct technical/functional courses to meet the learning needs of RHB employees, contributing to the overall performance targets of Technical, Functional & Business-Project.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously review the quality of technical/functional learning programmes to track their effectiveness in enhancing RHB employees' job performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
5 - 8 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities.
3 – 5 years of experience in the area of domain.
Solid classroom delivery skills and high proficiency in Windows Office Suite.
High proficiency in using multiple and innovative training delivery methods and mediums, including blended learning solutions and online tools such as webcast, podcast, and eLearning.
Experience in developing web-based and blended training materials using authoring tools such as Captivate and Articulate.
