Learning & Development Business Partner

The essential responsibilities of the L&D Business Partner include:- Work closely with business to ensure that key stakeholder relationships are developed and maintained, business needs are addressed, and L&D provides a value added, measurable partnership- Manage and prioritize business content development needs in collaboration with the Content Development team.- Collaborate on programs that address an employee's learning journey requirements unique to departments and roles.- Define measurement strategies that link the L&D programs to tangible benefits and return on investment.- Develop role specific LMS dashboards and learning plans.- Deliver/facilitate training as needed.**Skills / experience required**:- Up to 2 years of experience in a high-tech industry, preferably software.- Solid knowledge in MS Office, specifically MS Excel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related field.- Ability to travel (domestic and international) as necessary.**Behaviors**: Required- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well**Motivations**: Required- Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
