Learning & Development Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Learning & Development ensuring and administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed. This role requires to also assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various human resources functions including, Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration, Administration and Reward & Recognition.To assume responsibility for the department in the absence of the Human Resources & Training Manager. Efficiency, urgency, confidentiality, and initiative will be essential characteristics for this role.The Learning & Development Executive will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, according to the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
