The RoleManage the full spectrum of administration and logistics for external and internal training sessions.
Prepare the monthly training calendar/activities in consultation with the Assistant L&D Manager/L&D Manager and HCD Manager.
Coordinate internal and external training nominations from the departments.
Book training venue, arrange refreshment menu, sending information to participants, producing and distributing training materials/certificates, handling claims and invoices etc.
Ensure that all associates that attend any training program (including general orientation) receive a training evaluation form immediately after the program. Compile the feedback and share it with the Assistant L&D Manager/L&D Manager, HCD Manager and Director of HCD within 2 days from date of completion of training program.
Follow up on training attendance records with Departmental Angels and compile all records by the 29th of every month.
Input training data into the monthly L&D monthly tracking system pertaining to training programs and training hours for each associate.
Consolidate training records and submit to Assistant L&D Manager/L&D Manager before the 4th of every month.
Assist in managing and updating of training materials and archives.
Keep an updated record on general orientation attendees and email to respective Head of Departments on name list of participants, at least 1 week before date of program.
Propose selected associates in consultation with the Assistant L&D Manager/L&D Manager, and email name list to respective Head of Departments for internal and external training programs, at least 2 weeks before the date of the training program.
Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs. Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities.
Talent ProfileDiploma or degree in Human Resource Management.
1-2 years working experience in administrative field.
