Leading learning and development activities and processes in Lyreco SiMa.
Create, promote, and foster individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovative and diverse programs in support of the organization's commitment to employee development and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities and AccountabilityIn charge of end-to-end L&D function to ensure effective L&D plan and activities in supporting the development of our people.
Work includes closely collaborating with Group L&D to ensure Lyreco training module is implemented successfully at the sub-level in a timely and organized manner.
Carry out company-wide yearly L&D Need Analysis and design well-structured L&D programs that effectively address employee competency gaps (OJT, Soft Skills, Technical skills, etc).
Strong business partnership with department management teams to provide relevant learning recommendations to enhance employee productivity.
Lead trainer to deliver selected in-house training programs/topics to employees effectively (i.e.
NEON, GreatLyder, etc).
Project leader for any group learning/training program.
Lead the program to ensure successful implementation at the local level with all respective stakeholders and department training (i.e.
Sales Excellence program).
Fully in charge of Workday Learning platform.
This includes planning, organizing, structuring, and uploading all department learning material into WDL (SiMa learning library) in a timely manner.
Onboard end users to WDL successfully; and continue to drive the organization in digital learning approaches (webinar, WDL, e-learning, LinkedIn Learning) successfully and effectively.
Timely provide learning reports to the management team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
This includes recording and tracking employee training attendance and post-training feedback surveys.
Carry out post L&D Analysis, provide management reporting, and recommendations on company ROI.
Work closely with TA and Managers to provide ongoing L&D support to employees and mid-management teams (New joiner onboarding training, refreshment training, new process implementation training).
Complete all other ad-hoc tasks related to your role assigned to you from time to time.
Qualification, Personal Profile, and CharacteristicsMinimum Diploma in the field of Psychology / Human Resources / Business Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft PowerPoint), experienced user in Workday (or any other HRIS application), well-versed with TNA, intermediate project management skills, strong analysis skills, great communicator, and presenter skills.
Candidate with Train The Trainer skills is an added advantage.
English (other languages commonly used in Singapore/Malaysia will be a plus).
Minimum 5 years working experience as a trainer or in L&D function.
Good time attendance and is a strong self-disciplined person.
Strong planning and execution skills.
Positive thinker and able to turn around negative emotions in the workplace into positive energy.
Ability to manage cross-departmental stakeholder feedback effectively and positively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
