Job Description Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee training, development programs, and talent management.
As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs.
Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details.
Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain and update the L&D database, records, and materials.
Help research industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
Support the team in administrative tasks related to learning and development initiatives.
Assist in developing reports and presentations on training activities and results.
Qualifications Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in learning and development, training, and employee growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
