Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and development programmes that align with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Lead Employee Training Programs : Promote and lead various training initiatives that enhance service quality, leadership, and employee skills.
Measure Training Effectiveness : Assess the success of training programs and ensure they contribute to business results by monitoring participation, feedback, and performance.
Develop and Implement Programs : Design and customize training programs to address specific development needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage Training Budgets : Ensure that training programs are effectively managed within budget, contributing to the financial goals of the property.
Foster Guest Satisfaction : Incorporate guest satisfaction principles into training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and provide tailored training solutions to improve individual and team performance.
What we're looking for
2-year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field + 2 years experience in human resources or training, or
4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field + certification as a trainer (no prior work experience required).
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating successful training programmes
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and the latest trends in corporate training
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
