About the Role
As a Learning Experience Producer at Mindvalley, you'll collaborate with Authors and the Mindvalley team to create engaging and effective learning courses. Your role involves developing interactive modules, maintaining authors' voices, and enhancing the learning experience through gamification and innovative strategies. You'll also work on multimedia content, clear written materials, and effective course launch strategies. Feedback and data will guide continuous improvements in course content and design, ensuring accessible and enjoyable learning for a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
Develop interactive and engaging learning modules that captivate students.
Translate authors' expertise into compelling course content while maintaining their unique voice and insights.
Incorporate gamification and other innovative strategies to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure a logical, intuitive flow in courses for easy comprehension.
Create courses and live call learning experiences that are accessible and inclusive to a diverse audience
Content Collaboration(Post-Production):
Collaborate with Lead Editor and Graphic Design teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Work with the Copywriting team for clear and engaging written course materials.
Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop impactful course launch strategies.
Use student feedback to continuously improve course content and learning design.
Employ data and analytics to inform and refine learning experience.
Creative Instructional Design:Expertise in creating innovative and engaging course content that aligns with learning objectives and outcomes.
Gamification Strategies:Knowledge of gamification techniques to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
Technical Proficiency:Proficiency with learning management systems, design tools, and multimedia production.
Collaborative Skills:Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including authors, designers, and marketers, to bring a unified vision to life.
Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective collaboration and content creation.
User-Centered Design Thinking:Ability to approach course design with a focus on the learner's experience and needs.
Analytical Skills:Capability to interpret data and feedback to make informed design decisions.
Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changing content needs, technology, and learner feedback.
Inclusivity Awareness:Commitment to creating learning experiences that are accessible and inclusive of diverse learning styles and needs.
Project Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Directing Skills : Ability to effectively direct talent during on-set production, ability to inspire on-camera talent, efficient time management on set, and ensuring the footage aligns with our content goal.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar role.
Proficiency in learning management systems and multimedia production tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and engaging course content.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience using data and feedback to inform and improve learning experience designs.
Familiarity with gamification techniques for interactive learning.
Project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
A user-centered design thinking approach to course development.
Commitment to creating inclusive and accessible learning experiences.
Have knowledge of video production best practices from script development to managing post-production and overseeing edits
Having the theoretical and practical understanding of producing educational, transformative, empowering content is a plus.
