Leasing Assistant

Job Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Leasing Executive to assist in managing and maintaining our property portfolio, handle tenant relations, and secure new leases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Leasing Manager in overseeing properties and ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Act as the main contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and leasing prospects.
• Handle tenancy matters, including sourcing tenants, negotiating leases, and coordinating agreements.
• Keep accurate records of tenant details, rental collections, and property maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and submit regular management reports on leasing activities and property status.
• Generate tenant leads and conduct market research.
• Perform general admin tasks and support ad hoc duties as needed.
