Leasing Assistant (Shopping Mall)

**Job Scope**:Communicate, correspond, meet, discuss and negotiate including all documentations with prospective tenants for fit-out and leasing of retail lots, kiosks and pushcarts, event organisers, and other parties for renting.Follow-up until tenancy documentation has been executed.When negotiating with prospective tenants, to ensure general policy and guidelines set by the Company been adhered to achieve the determined lease amount.Execute all duties and works similar to that for pre-opening of the Mall for any release of the retail lots, kiosks and pushcarts upon the early determination or expiry of any tenancy.Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Able to work under minimum supervision.**Requirements**:l Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia opt Chinesel Fresh graduate welcome to applyl Required skill(s): 3D Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshopl Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.**How to apply**:**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthPay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
