Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone).
Formulate and assist in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and/or of Tenants looking for office space.
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing-related activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone).
Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents.
Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents.Minimum QualificationsHolds a Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable with numbers and calculations.
Good presentation and analytical skills.
Possess drive, creativity, and initiative; confident with strong interpersonal skills.
Independent and also a team player.
Flexible and able to multi-task.
