Leasing Manager

To assist in planning and managing the day-to-day leasing activities of Puteri Cove Quayside including but not limited to attracting new tenants, vetting prospective tenants, rental negotiation and the development of leasing packages towards achieving the retail mix and rental strategy approved by the Management;To assist in developing, formulating and plan effective leasing strategies such as retail mix, rental strategy to ensure that the tenancy mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the property as a premier waterfront lifestyle destination for retail, F&B, wellness and beauty, and children's enrichment etc;Adopt a pro-active and pre-emptive leasing strategies for expected retail space to be vacated and to ensure the spaces are occupied at the earliest opportunity;Collaborate closely and effectively with other departments to resolve tenant issues;To liaise with the Management, tenants, and solicitors on issues with regards to tenancy agreements and documents including but not limited to all tenancy documentation matters including procurement of internal approvals, preparation and execution of all the legal tenancy documentations and rental deposits;
