Leasing & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Leasing and Marketing Executive based in Menara Landmark, Johor Bahru.
Responsible for managing and executing leasing strategies and marketing activities for our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure suitable tenants through proactive sourcing and engaging discussions.
Negotiate and finalize Tenancy Agreements and related terms with precision and professionalism.
Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, ensuring smooth renewal negotiations.
Address tenant concerns promptly, fostering a harmonious landlord-tenant dynamic.
Conduct regular premise inspections to uphold agreement terms and regulations.
Develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies, including advertising and events.
Analyze market trends to optimize rental rates and occupancy levels.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably with Degree/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Systematic, organized, meticulous and independent.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu.
