Job overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Officer to manage all tenancy-related matters and support our property leasing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and securing quality tenants, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth tenancy management while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all tenancy-related matters, including sourcing, securing, and managing tenants. Review and negotiate tenancy terms and agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives. Prepare, coordinate, and manage tenancy documents and agreements. Address tenants' inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Manage premises takeover and handover processes, ensuring seamless transitions. Collaborate with internal teams on fit-out designs, payments, and other operational requirements. Stay updated on market trends, demand, and industry changes, providing insights and recommendations. Conduct comprehensive market research and compile relevant reports for management. Maintain strong relationships with current tenants and expand the network of potential clients. Support Finance Department by ensuring timely rental payments and suggesting effective methods to minimize trade debt. Qualifications & Skills 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in leasing / marketing of shopping malls Good problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
