Teaching - Tertiary (Education & Training)

Responsible to undertake teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development.
Provide direction, leadership, and day to day management of educational activities.
Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Assist in establishing linkages with external organisations/ professional bodies in academic related matters.
Provide supervision and planning in design projects and activities.
Job Requirements:
PhD or Masters in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Multimedia Design, Computer Graphics or related areas. Candidates with lower qualifications but possess a strong industry experience will also be considered.
Min of 2 years working experience as Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver), UI/UX software or equivalent.
Has good industrial linkage would be an added advantage.
Familiar with designing in print and digital medium for advertisement, social media, website, branding, logo, etc.
Has good understanding of visual communication theories, design theories, etc.
Able to give lecture and assist students in lab session.
Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
