General Requirements:
This position is open for Junior Lecturer and Senior Lecturer. Possess recognised PHD, Masters and/or relevant professional qualifications in one of the following areas listed or any related/relevant fields. Familiar with MQA requirements and specifications. Well-versed in OBE and MQA documentation. Good presentation skills with good command in written and spoken English. Candidates with no teaching experience but has high enthusiasm and passion in teaching are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning. To teach in the areas allocated by the Head of Academic. To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high-quality curriculum. To monitor and report student progress in term of academic performance, achievement and attendance. To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
