Responsibilities:
To review, update, and develop lesson plans, schemes of work, lectures/practicals, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus.
To conduct lectures, tutorials, and discussions to facilitate teaching and learning.
To supervise final year projects/dissertations.
To monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
To set and mark assessments.
To provide academic counselling and pastoral care to all students.
To be involved in research activities.
To participate in other functions or in any extracurricular activities as and when required.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Master's Degree in relevant specializations is required.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a related field.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in written and spoken English communication is necessary.
Familiarity with MQA requirements and documentation is considered an added advantage.
