Undertake teaching related duties such as preparation of materials, conduct lectures/tutor, student consultations, assessment based on the approved curriculum
Ensuring course learning outcome achieved.
Participating in School Curriculum Committee to develop new courses or to review current courses.
Preparation of course files or other related documents based on the MQA requirements.
Monitoring assessment of students such as course work, project work, examinations and maintain up-to-date and accurate records of students' progress and achievement.
Participating in program team activities and act as leaders of a course when needed.
Assisting in admission, enrolment and induction of students.
Evaluating students in the workplace during their industrial training.
Contributing to the implementation of quality assurance policy as part of the college's quality framework.
Providing ample periods for counseling and mentoring students in matters related to academic success, life goals and spiritual development.
Upholding academic integrity throughout the teaching and learning process.
Administration
Contribute to administrative work such as coordinating, attending meetings, participating in events and working groups
Any other duties assigned to you by the management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possessat leasta Bachelor Degree in Mass CommunicationANDMaster Degree in Mass Communication in order to be shortlisted for this Full-Time position (as per MQA's requirements)
Valid teaching permit
Strong teaching methodology
Preferably Lecturers (tertiary) with teaching experience of 3 - 5 years
Team player but also able to work independently
