Legal And Compliance Manager

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Compliance: Understanding the business, organization, relevant industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Setting up and implementation of the compliance framework and identifying and raising gaps for remediation as needed. Create, update, and enforce company-wide integrity and compliance policies and procedures. Establish a system for monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Establish controls and processes to prevent, detect and report corrupt activities, including bribery and unethical business practices. Oversee the development and implementation of compliance campaigns, training sessions and communications throughout the Group. Develop compliance risk assessments, as well as development and implementation of mitigation plans. Identify potential integrity and compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Work with internal audit to conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance risks. Provide support and expertise in governance including personal data protection and whistle-blowing matters. Continually review and evaluate laws and regulations Legal: Provide legal advise including contractual rights, obligations, and support on the Groups businesses and projectsVetting of contract documents before sign-offAdministration of dispute resolution processes involving customers, contractors, and suppliersAnticipate and manage the (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and project operations.
