Legal Assistant / Lawyer

1) JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER- To handle sub-sale transactions, various refinancing and bank loans including SME loans, Developer's projects, corporate matters and general conveyancing files from initial stage up till completion stage.- To attend and advise clients promptly, diligently, and prudently,- To attend to correspondences, to prepare status reports and other types of work assigned by the Firm from time to time.2. 0 to 2 years experience / Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply3. Able to work independently and meticulous4. Possess own transport5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both write and spoken (ability to communicate in mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage).6.
