This is a full-time role for a Legal Associate who is qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor as well as a Syarie Counsel. The Legal Associate will be joining Wong Lu Peen & Tunku Alina's Inheritance and Succession Department and will be responsible for will/wasiat writing, obtaining probate and letter of administration, administration of estates, reviewing and drafting trust documents, drafting of charter and articles for Labuan foundations, and other private wealth related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 to 3 years PQE
Can practice both civil and syariah (any state, preferably Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and/or Selangor)
Legal Document Preparation skills
Strong Communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
