Job Description:
We are in search of a passionate conveyancing lawyer who shall be responsible for advising and liaising with clients, documentation preparation including sub-sale documentations, limited developer project documentations, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge, loan documentations, and other related conveyancing matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
3 to 5 years of post-qualified experience;
Proactive and efficient at work;
Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with clients (and your good-natured superiors);
Observant as to timelines;
Meticulous in work;
Ability to adapt to an energetic and progressive culture.
