Job Description:
We are in search of passionate conveyancers, specifically one conveyancing lawyer and one senior conveyancing clerk, who will be responsible for advising and liaising with clients, preparing documentation including sub-sale documentation, limited developer project documentation, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge, loan documentation, and other related conveyancing matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
3 to 5 years of post-qualified experience for legal associate;
4 years and above of experience in conveyancing practice for senior conveyancing clerk;
Proactive and efficient at work;
Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with clients;
Observant regarding timelines;
Meticulous in work;
Ability to adapt to an energetic and progressive culture.
