Job Description:
To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate banking related works, including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Possesses a valid practicing certificate.
Experience in relevant field preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided by the firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and handle matters with minimum supervision.
A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
