Legal Associate

Legal associate is a lawyer post which they are required to meet the clients for signing of sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation. Lawyers are the one who explain the content in the agreement and also attend meeting with banks for feedbacks. Lawyer is supposed to be able to interpret the law and advise developer/ client/ bank for conveyancing matter.**Requirements**:Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishFemaleMinimum 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to start with short notice and work independently Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitudeAble to draft & research; Hardworking, responsible and committed to workPossess own transport**Responsibilities**:Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to timeMonitor clerks and report to Head of Office Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies.**Work arrangements**:Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pmAlternate Sat 8.30am-1.00pmMay required to attend signing out of office hour, but Replacement Leave will be provided for working on non-work day**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Expected Salary?- Notice Period?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Legal Associate: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
