Job Description:
Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant
Drafting various correspondence and opinions
Liaise with and provide legal advice to clients
To handle Litigation Insurance matters and General Civil Litigation
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Able to do legal research
Assisting in preparing cause papers, documents, notices and correspondences
Maintaining diary and attentive to due dates
Maintaining proper administration of files and correspondences
Qualifications and Requirements:
Admitted to the Malaysian Bar
Eager to learn and share knowledge
1 or 2 years working experience and able to handle portfolios with minimum supervision
Must be Computer literate
Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and critical thinking skills
Good time management and very well organized
Ability to adapt and is resilient
Attentive to detail and able to multitask effectively
Professional in demeanour and integrity
