Job Description:
Drafting court cause papers, pleadings, and submissions competently
Preparing legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters within a timeline
Attending court proceedings and having conduct of matters
Handling civil, corporate, commercial, and litigation files
Liaising with clients, bankers, developers, government bodies, and other legal firms
Handling sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters
Participating and contributing to the firm's business development efforts
Qualifications and Requirements:
