- Attend trials, hearings and case managements (either with partner or independently)
- Drafting of cause papers, notice of applications, affidavits and opinions.Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate (Litigation)
- PQE: 3 years or above (in active practice)
- Conducted trials (in full and independently) at all courts of first instance.
- Meticulous and able to take instruction from partners.
- Hardworking, organised, ambitious and responsible.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
