Job Description:
Legal Associate (Litigation)Attend trials, hearings and case managements (either with partner or independently)
Drafting of cause papers, notice of applications, affidavits and opinions
Legal Associate (Conveyancing)To attend signings (Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements)
To advise bank on release of facilities
To supervise clerk(s) on preparation of documents
Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate (Litigation)PQE: 5 years or above (in active practice)
Conducted trials (in full and independently) at all courts of first instance
Meticulous and able to take instruction from partners
Hardworking, organised, ambitious and responsible
Fluent in written and spoken English
Legal Associate (Project)PQE: 1 year in active practice but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
